How will we handle questions and comments about tagging?
We deliver the (i)XBRL version of your annual report for your review, giving you the opportunity to verify the accuracy of the tagging. If you have any questions or comments, we’ll address them promptly. Once you’re satisfied, you can share the report with your auditor for their review and inclusion of their auditors’ report in (i)XBRL format. Any feedback or questions from the auditor can be directed to us for quick resolution, ensuring a smooth and efficient process every step of the way.
How will we exchange data and is it secure?
We use a secure client portal for exchanging annual reports, allowing you to safely upload your documents. Data security is our top priority, and we strive to maintain high standards to build trust with our clients.
How will access to sensitive information be managed?
Access to sensitive information is strictly limited to employees directly involved in the conversion process. All team members handling your annual report have signed confidentiality agreements, guaranteeing that they will not share information outside of their work responsibilities or use it for personal gain. Additionally, they confirm each year that neither they nor their immediate family members have any (financial) interests in our clients. Any changes to this status must be reported immediately.
Why is filing optional?
Filing is optional because some auditors also provide their clients with the flexibility to submit their report to the business register directly through their own client portal.
